After submitting the documents stated below and our minimal service fee, you will receive a transferable registration (proof of ownership) in your name and license plate good for one (1) year. With this you will have everything you will need to ride the motorcycle legally with insurance or transfer into your state for a Title.

*Purchase and Use Tax:
This is the rate of six percent (6%) (.06) of the purchase price or the NADA average retail price or "Good" condition, whichever is greater.

FORMS: Bill of sale shows a transaction between two parties (seller, neighbor, friend, family member). Must contain sufficient information including Year, Make, Model, Mileage, Color, VIN, Purchase Price, Seller/Buyer info, dated and signed. Vin verification and Odometer Disclosure can be obtained at your DMV, Tag agency or their website. The vin inspection must be completed by a local police officer, DMV, Notary, Inspection Station or Motorcycle Dealer. Power of Attorney must be notarized. Please fill out the Moto Recycle Application completely and legibly. The service can be expedited by emailing all documents to MotoRecycleNow@gmail.com. But we will need them sent in as well to keep on file. Please send all documents to address provided on our application. Do not send via FedEx or UPS as the post office will not accept them and it will be returned to you.

WHERE TO SEND: For expedited service please email all noted documents to MotoRecycleNow@gmail.com. Only good quality scans will be accepted. Documents will still need to be sent to the address provided on our application as they have to be kept on file. Do not send via FedEx or UPS as the post office will not accept them and it will be returned to you. We recommend USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope.
PAYMENTS: You will be sent a Paypal invoice to your email address after paperwork is received. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
BEFORE CONTACTING US: Make sure that the vehicle is not currently titled in your state or stolen.
After five (5) years of not being registered most titles are out of the system, but if you think your motorcycle is still in your state's computer, just contact your local "Department of Motor Vehicles" (DMV) and give them the Vehicle Identification Number from your vehicle. Then ask the status of the Title if any... Some states have this service online. Free VIN check be found on the NADA site or on NICB.

We do not accept: Salvage Vehicles, Stolen Vehicles, Vehicles with a Lien, Kit Bikes or Builder's Titles.
