- Bill of sale. If you do not already have one, a vehicle can be transferred in name only with a friend or family member for only $1 (does not have to be notarized)
- Power of Attorney. Signed and notarized. This allows us to submit your application and speak with the DMV for you
- Moto Recycle Application. fill out completely and legibly. We will use the address provided here. Also serves as a backup to make sure all of the vehicles information is correct.
- Copy of your drivers license, ID or passport

Local office stores like Staples, Office max, UPS Store and others can print, scan and email them for you.
